Put “product question,” “privacy request,” or “content correction” in the subject. For security, do not attach a face photo, password, verification code, or full result link to an email.
Photo deletion requests
If you want a photo you uploaded to be deleted, send a request through the channel above. Our handling criteria are explained in the image data policy.
Content corrections
If you find a factual error, outdated service detail, broken source, or a difference in Korean and English meaning, send the page URL and sentence to correct. We verify it and update the content-review date for a material change.
