Nature of the service
Clad’s AI personal color analysis is a reference guide for style decisions. Results can vary depending on lighting, camera processing, display color, and the condition of the photo you upload. It does not replace professional offline consulting or medical advice.
User responsibilities
You should upload only photos you have the right to use. Do not upload someone else’s photo or an image taken without consent. You are responsible for how you interpret and use the result and recommendations.
Accounts and saved results
Saved results, email links, and sign-in features are provided so you can return to your own result. You are responsible for keeping your account access and email links secure.
Current fees
The basic web analysis is currently free, and the Clad website does not sell a paid subscription or take payment. If paid features are introduced, we will show price, included service, cancellation, and refund terms before purchase and update these terms.
Prohibited use
- Uploading another person’s photo without consent or exposing their result link
- Bypassing or disrupting the service, API, authentication, or usage controls
- Using a result for medical diagnosis, discrimination, hiring, insurance, or another high-impact decision
- Bulk-copying service screens or guides without attribution or infringing third-party rights

How we handle photos and personal information follows our privacy policy and image data policy.
Changes and availability
Clad may update features or policies for quality, security, or operational reasons. Important changes will be announced in the service or on this page.
Warranty and responsibility
Clad works toward reasonable quality and security but does not guarantee a particular season, product fit, uninterrupted availability, or an error-free result. You should interpret color guidance with its stated limits and use your own judgment. Nothing here excludes responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
